UFC 257 Medical Suspensions Revealed, Conor McGregor Potentially Out For 6 Months
One of the biggest pay-per-view events in UFC history is in the books in the form of UFC 257.
Conor McGregor was knocked out by Dustin Poirier in UFC 257’s main event and could be potentially facing a 180-day medical suspension unless he is cleared by a right tibia/fibula X-ray. At the earliest, “The Notorious” is suspended for 45 days with 30 days of no contact. The UFC released a full list of medical suspensions from the event to mixedmartialarts.com.
Conor McGregor: 180 days or cleared by right tibia/fibula X-ray; minimum 45 days with 30 days no contact for KO defeat.
Dan Hooker: 45 days and 30 days no contact for TKO defeat.
Jessica Eye: 45 days for left eyebrow laceration.
Makhmud Muradov: 30 days and 21 days no contact for hard bout.
Andrew Sanchez: 180 days unless cleared by negative nasal and left tibia/fibula X-rays; minimum 45 days with 30 days no contact for TKO defeat.
Amanda Ribas: 45 days and 30 days no contact for TKO defeat.
Arman Tsarukyan: 30 days for left brow and scalp laceration and 21 days no contact.
Matt Frevola: 180 days unless cleared by negative right hand X-ray; minimum suspension 30 days with 21 days no contact.
Antonio Carlos Jr.: 30 days and 21 days no contact for hard bout.
Sara McMann: 30 days and 21 days no contact for hard bout.
Marcin Prachnio: 30 days for hard bout and 21 days no contact.
Khalil Rountree: 30 days for left ankle pain and 21 days no contact.
Nik Lentz: 45 days for right brow laceration and 30 days no contact.
Amir Albazi: 30 days and 21 days no contact for hard bout.
Zhalgas Zhumagulov: 30 days and 21 days no contact for hard bout.
