UFC 211 Bonuses, Gate, And Attendance Announced

UFC 211 drew 17,834 people to watch two champions defend their belts. 

The American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas held over seventeen thousand people for UFC 211. The gate totaled $2,662,645. This is an increase compared to UFC's last fight card held in Dallas, Texas. The last time UFC came to the city was for UFC 185, when Joanna Jedrzejcyk won the championship she defended Saturday. 

The UFC Strawweight Champion Jedrzejczyk dominated Jessica Andrade for five rounds and UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic scored a first round knockout against Junior Dos Santos. Only one champion received a performance bonus and the other bonuses went to fighters farther down the card.

As announced by UFC president Dana White at the post-fight press conference, $50,000 went to Miocic and Jason Knight for the Performance of the Night bonus. Chase Sherman versus Rashad Coulter earned each fighter a $50,000 bonus for Fight of the Night. Fighters also received their agreed upon fight purse and sponsorship money from UFC's exclusive deal with Reebok.

Round Three: The round begins with Skelly catching Knight with a short left, Knight drops a swinging Skelly with a counter uppercut. Knight pounces on a downed Skelly with strikes until the referee jumps in.
