Two More Fights Slated For UFC 215

A pair of fights have been added to the upcoming UFC 215 card as #6 Neil Magny faces former UFC Lightweight Champion #10 Rafael Dos Anjos and Mitch Clarke faces Alex White.

Magny (19-5-0) has won four of his last five under the UFC banner, including wins over former UFC Welterweight Champion Johny Hendricks and former Bellator MMA Middleweight Champion Hector Lombard. Magny is also returning from an eight-plus month absence, which is the longest gap in between fights during his UFC run.

Dos Anjos (26-9-0) is currently undefeated in the welterweight division, as he defeated former Strikeforce Welterweight Champion Tarec Saffiedine at UFC Fight Night: Singapore. Dos Anjos is also a former UFC Lightweight Champion, defeating Anthony Pettis at UFC 185 to win the gold.

Clarke (11-4-0) enters the fight riding a two fight losing streak, dropping fights to Michael Chiesa and Joseph Duffy. Clark is also competing for the first time in well over a year, as his last bout took place at UFC Fight Night 90 in July 2016.

White (11-3-0) has won just one of his last four under the UFC banner, with that lone win coming over Artem Lobov at UFC Fight Night 82. It has been almost two years since the last time White earned a win, as his victory over Lobov took place in February of 2016.

UFC 215 takes place on Saturday, September 9 from Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with Demetrious Johnson and Ray Borg headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
