TJ Dillashaw Daring Cody Garbrandt To Release KO Footage

Former UFC bantamweight Champion TJ Dillashaw and current UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody Garbrandt are currently busy filming the UFC Ultimate Fighter 25.

As the rivalry heats up, one of the sticking points is that Garbrandt has long threatened to release training footage of him knocking out Dillashaw, something Dillashaw is now daring him to do.

“Put it out there,” Dillashaw said on The MMA Hour. “And if it did [happen], I must not remember it because I got knocked out. It didn’t happen. He keeps talking, he has footage on it. I think that’s hilarious because he’s digging himself a hole. If you’ve got footage on it, put it out. It has not happened. If he does, put it out there, because it didn’t happen.”

The former member of Team Alpha Male competed on the same card that Garbrandt won the title at, UFC 207. Dillashaw has claimed that nobody has ever knocked him out before, with the closest fighter to accomplish that goal being John Dodson.

“We’ve definitely thrown down,” Dillashaw said. “Don’t get me wrong, Cody is a tough kid. It’s funny for him to talk about how he’s knocked me out before. The closest I’ve been to being knocked out is in the John Dodson fight when he clipped me.”

UFC Ultimate Fighter 25, with Garbrandt and Dillashaw coaching, will debut on Fox Sports 1 this April.
