Tim Means Needs Surgery For Injuries Suffered At UFC Wichita

Tim Means suffered a first round knockout loss to Niko Price on the main card of UFC Fight Night Wichita.

That loss wasn’t the worse thing that happened to Means this past Saturday Night, as the fighter suffered a broken ankle and a broken tibia in his right leg.

The fighter revealed the news via Instagram:

I do my best to leave it all in the ring everytime out so the fans can get what they paid for. Wasn’t my night I have to get surgery broken tibula and ankle. Niko caught me with a punch and my foot got stuck under me. Much respect to @hybridufc . See y’all down the road. Thankyou to everyone for the kind words.

There is no word at this time as to how long Means is expected to be out of action for, but more should be known as the fighter heals up.
