Stipe Miocic Willing To Fight Mighty Mouse At UFC 215
Fans who are attending this weekend’s UFC 215 card were left disappointed when Ray Borg pulled out of his UFC Flyweight Title opportunity against Demetrious Johnson.
However, with less than 24 hours to go before the event begins, a savior has stepped in to safe the event and that person is UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic.
Miocic made the offer through Twitter:
Hey Edmonton! Since I'm here do you think I should fight my friend and GOAT @MightyMouseUFC on 1 days notice? Lol. What do you think?

If the fight were to come together for UFC 215, then either Mighty Mouse will have to gain 140 pounds to compete at heavyweight or Miocic will have to drop the same amount of weight to drop to flyweight.
Also, if Johnson accepts the fight and he wins the fight, then he would break the record for most consecutive title defenses in the UFC.
There is no word yet on which title would be defended if the bout comes together, but it would be a heck of a super fight either way. Johnson's reach would be a major hurdle for Miocic to overcome.
UFC 215 takes place on Saturday, September 9 from Rogers Place in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada with Amanda Nunes and Valentina Shevchenko headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, with a post-show podcast to follow.
