Site News: Additions And Upcoming Features For Fightful.com

Hey guys! If you’ve visited the site this evening, you’ve likely noticed a few changes, and plenty more are coming.

We’ve listened to your requests and have made some upgrades to the site. Keep sending your feedback, because it’s important to us.

Disqus comment boards– Many of you asked for Disqus, and (for now) you have it! This makes it easier to participate in live viewing parties and to share your feelings on a story. You are able to sign into these using your Fightful.com account as well. We may create our own comment boards in the future,

New visual upgrades– We now have bolder headlines and text on our drop down menu, and have abandoned the all-white background on the main page. If you can’t see, you can’t read, right? We’ve also added a little more space in the margins of our stories, and smoother bylines to make the pages more visually appealing.

Fightful.com Podcast– In case you all haven’t noticed, we have audio versions of the Fightful.com Podcast now available in the form of an RSS feed and MP3 downloads. Itunes and Stitcher are coming soon!

New exclusive features!– In addition to columns from Fightful.com’s own Vince Russo and Showdown Joe Ferraro, we’ll be bringing you exclusive backstage news and interviews. This week we rolled out a new feature, Wikipedia True or False?, as well as our special Raw and Smackdown reaction pieces.

Coming soon!– We’re far from done. We’re adding more members to our writing team, including names that will bring you content unlike anywhere else on the web. Our members only forums will be launching very soon. To access those and the rest of our exclusive content, you’ll need to register (for FREE) with Fightful.com. The forum will be the best way to suggest changes, interact with our team and the like. We’ve also added our Twitter feed to the side bar of the site, which will also be revamped and improved.

Your support is important to us, so make sure to bookmark us, and register here on Fightful.com, as well as subscribe to us on Youtube, follow us on Twitter, and like us on Facebook. In the coming months, we’ll also be hosting giveaways of DVDs and signed books from some of your favorite wrestling and MMA personalities.
