Ronda Rousey’s Home Invaded, Goods Stolen
Former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey hasn’t been seen much since getting destroyed by current champion Amanda Nunes at UFC 207.
However, the former champion is dealing with an issue of a different kind as her home was invaded and a lot of her goods were stolen.
The situation happened as Rousey and now future husband Travis Browne were preparing for a trip to New Zealand.
“We stopped by the house right before we were going to go to the airport and he was going to sneak away and go ask my mom for permission but right when we got to the house, we realized we were robbed,. Someone had been squatting in my house for like three days, sleeping in my bed. [They] stole my Olympic rings, stole my guns, stole all my precious jewelry, every headphone in the house, credit cards,” Rousey said on Live With Kelly & Ryan.
It was actually Browne himself who discovered the identity of the thieves, who were just a bunch of “punks” from a local skate park. Once Browne confronted the alleged thieves, the local police was called and they were promptly arrested.
Rousey’s future in MMA is currently in the air, as she has not made a decision yet on whether or not she is returning to the Octagon.
