Report: Two Bouts Added To UFC Fight Night Vancouver, Louis Smolka In Action

A pair of bouts have been added to UFC Fight Night Vancouver according to MMA Fighting as Louis Smolka faces Ryan MacDonald and Kyle Prepolec faces Austin Hubbard.

Smolka (15-6-0) has won one of two during his second run with the UFC and that win came over Su Mudaerji at UFC Fight Night Beijing. Smolka won five of ten during that first run with the promotion and ended his first tenure with the UFC on a four fight losing streak.

MacDonald (10-1-0) is looking to rebound from his first professional MMA defeat, which came against Chris Gutierrez at UFC Fight Night Nashville. MacDonald has competed eleven times as a professional MMA fighter and five of those encounters went the distance.

Prepolec (12-6-0) is also winless thus far under the UFC banner, having dropped a bout to Nordine Taleb at UFC Fight Night Ottawa. Prepolec is a former Triple X Cagefighting Lightweight Champion, defeating Adrian Hadribaej to win the gold at Triple X Cagefighting 7.

Hubbard (10-3-0) is another fighter who is winless in the UFC, dropping a bout to Davi Ramos at UFC Fight Night Rochester. Hubbard is a former Legacy Fighting Alliance Lightweight Champion, defeating Killys Mota to win the belt at LFA 56.

UFC Fight Night Vancouver takes place on Saturday, September 14 from Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada with Donald Cerrone and Justin Gaethje headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
