Report: Three Fights Added To Bellator 239, JW Kiser In Action
A trio of fights have been added to Bellator 239 as Gabriel Varga faces Teejay Britton, Grant Neal faces Claude Wilcox and JW Kiser faces Davion Franklin.
MMA Junkie reported the bouts, which are all going to be a part of the preliminary card.
Varga (1-0-0) made his professional MMA debut at Bellator 224 in July of 2019, defeating Jamese Taylor by second round TKO. Britton (5-2-0) is making his Bellator MMA debut in this bout and does so on a two fight losing streak.
Neal (2-0-0) made his Bellator MMA debut at Bellator 233, defeating Jimmy Lugo by way of unanimous decision. Wilcox (1-1-0) is winless thus far under the Bellator MMA banner, dropping a bout to Dalton Rosta second round TKO at Bellator 227.
Kiser (5-2-0) is winless in Bellator MMA competition, but he returns to the promotion on a four fight winning streak. Franklin (0-0-0) is going to be making both his professional MMA, amatuer MMA and Bellator MMA debut in this bout.
Bellator 239 takes place on Friday, February 21 from the Winstar World Resort & Casino in Thackerville, Oklahoma with Ed Ruth and Yaroslav Amosov headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on the Paramount Network.
