Report: Megan Anderson Faces Norma Dumont At UFC Fight Night Norfolk
A women’s featherweight division attraction has reportedly been added to UFC Fight Night Norfolk as Megan Anderson faces Norma Dumont.
It was Anderson who announced the bout through her official website.
Anderson (10-4-0) has rotated wins and losses throughout her UFC run, with the latest bout being a first round submission win over Zarah Fairn Dos Santos at UFC 243. Anderson is a former Invicta FC Featherweight Champion, defeating Charmaine Tweet to win the gold at Invicta FC 21. Anderson has picked up ten wins as a professional MMA fighter and half of them came by way of KO/TKO,
Dumont (4-0-0) is making her UFC debut in this bout and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted over three years. Dumont is also back in action for the first time in over a year, as her last bout took place at Shooto Brazil 86 in September of 2018. Dumont has picked up four wins as a professional MMA fighter, with two coming by submission and two coming by way of decision.
