Report: Leonardo Santos Faces Roman Bogatov At UFC 251
A lightweight division attraction has been added to UFC 251 as Leonardo Santos is in action against Roman Bogatov.
Vestnik MMA first reported the bout, which is expected to be a part of the preliminary card.
Santos (17-3-1) has won six of seven under the UFC banner, with notable wins coming over Anthony Rocco Martin, Kevin Lee and Stevie Ray. Santos has one blemish during his UFC run, which was a majority draw against Norman Parke at UFC Fight Night 38. Santos is back in action for the first time in over a year, as his last bout took place at UFC Fight Night Stockholm in June of 2019.
Bogatov (10-0-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this fight and does so with an undefeated streak that has lasted over four years. Bogatov is a former M-1 Challenge Lightweight Champion and he relinquished the belt upon signing with the UFC. Bogatov has picked up ten wins as a professional MMA fighter and half of them have come by way of submission.
