Report: Jordan Espinosa Faces David Dvorak At UFC 253
A flyweight division clash has been added to UFC 253 as #14 Jordan Espinosa is in action against #15 David Dvorak.
MMA Fighting first reported the bout, who’s spot on the card isn’t known at this time.
Espinosa (15-7-0-1NC) has won two of four under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over Eric Shelton and Mark De La Rosa. Espinosa has competed twice before on Dana White’s Contender Series, picking up wins over Nick Urso and Riley Dutro. Espinosa has picked up fifteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and seven of them came by way of submission.
Dvorak (18-3-0) is undefeated thus far in UFC competition, having defeated Bruno Silva by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night Brasilia. Dvorak enters the contest riding a fourteen fight winning streak and he hasn’t been defeated in over eight years. Dvorak has competed twenty one times as a professional MMA fighter and just five of those bouts went the distance.
