Report: Jim Miller Faces Alex White At UFC 228
A lightweight division encounter has been added to UFC 228 according to MMA Junkie as Jim Miller is going to be in action against Alex White.
Miller (28-12-0-1NC) enters the contest while in the midst of a four fight losing streak and it has been nearly two years since he got a victory. Miller suffered three decision losses and a knockout loss while on the current losing streak, with the KO loss coming to Dan Hooker at UFC Fight Night Atlantic City. Miller hasn’t picked up a win since UFC 205, where the New Jersey native defeated Thiago Alves by unanimous decision.
White (12-4-0) has won just three of seven under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over the trio of Estevan Payan, Artem Lobov and Mitch Clarke. White has also suffered four losses while in the UFC, with three of those defeats coming by way of decision. White hasn’t picked up a victory in just about a year, with his last win coming at UFC 215 in September of 2017.
