Report: Golden Boy MMA: Liddell vs. Ortiz III Card Changed, Kendall Grove Off Event

Next month’s Golden Boy MMA: Liddell vs. Ortiz III card has undergone a few changes according to MMA Junkie, with all those changes affecting the preliminary card.

The biggest of those changes is that UFC Ultimate Fighter 3 winner Kendall Grove has been removed from a bout against Andre Walker, a reason for why the fight has been pulled has yet to be given.

Also, a lightweight division bout has been added to the card as UFC Ultimate Fighter 22 and UFC Ultimate Fighter 25 alumni Tom Gallichio is in action against Jason Manly.

Fernie Garcia is also in need of a new opponent because original opponent Jose Huerta has also been pulled from that bout to take on Francisco Estrada. A featherweight division attraction between Cleber Luciano and Albert Morales has also been yanked from the event for unknown reasons.

Leandro Gomes is also replacing Mike Segura against Weston Wilson, a reason behind Segura’s withdraw hasn’t been given yet.

Golden Boy MMA: Liddell vs. Ortiz III is set for Saturday, November 24 from The Forum in Inglewood, California with Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on pay-per-view.
