Report: Enrique Barzola Faces Nad Narimani At UFC Fight Night Beunos Aires
A featherweight division encounter has been added to UFC Fight Night Beunos Aires according to Raphael Marinho of Combate as Enrique Barzola faces Nad Narimani.
Barzola (15-3-1) enters the contest on the strength of a four fight winning streak, having defeated Chris Avila, Gabriel Benitez, Matt Bessette and Brandon Davis. Barzola has seen his last six bouts go the distance and it has been nearly four years since the fighter got a finish. Barzola has suffered a total of three losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of those defeats have come by way of decision.
Narimani (11-2-0) is currently undefeated under the UFC banner, having defeated Khalid Taha by unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night Hamburg. Narimani is a former Cage Warriors Lightweight Champion, defeating Paddy Pimblett to win the gold at Cage Warriors 82. Narimani hasn’t suffered a defeat in almost four years, with that last loss coming to Alex Enlund at Cage Warriors 73.
UFC Fight Night Beunos Aires takes place on Saturday, November 17 from a location to be announced in Beunos Aires, Argentina with no main event announced at this time. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, while broadcast plans have yet to be announced.
