Rampage Jackson Plans To Document Weight Loss Journey

Former UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Rampage Jackson suffered a first round knockout loss to Fedor Emelianenko in the main event of Bellator 237.

A defeated Jackson was heavily criticized for his overweight appearance and sluggishness in the cage, which has prompted Jackson to do something about it.

Jackson has taken to Instagram to not only take some shots at himself, but to also reveal that the upcoming weight loss journey is going to be documented:
