Paul Daley Says He’s Done With Bellator MMA After Next Fight
Paul Daley suffered a unanimous decision loss to Jon Fitch last Saturday Night in the co-main event of Bellator 199.
It would seem like Daley plans on fighting one more time for the promotion and then move onto other avenues in MMA.
Daley made the proclamation through Facebook:
The British slugger has won six of nine fights under the Bellator MMA banner, with those victories coming over Rudy Bears, Andre Santos, Dennis Olson, Andy Uhrich, Brennan Ward and Lorenz Larkin.
There have been problems between Daley and the promotion for quite some time now, with the majority of them stemming from Daley’s perceived lack of respect from Bellator MMA.
If Daley holds true to his word and leaves the promotion after the next fight, it would end a three-plus year tenure with the organization.
