UFC megastar Nate Diaz has predicted that he will be the UFC welterweight champion in 2021. Diaz, who has been very inactive since his second fight against Conor McGregor, last fought at UFC 244 where he lost via doctor stoppage to fellow UFC star Jorge Masvidal. Diaz, who has been a consistent lightweight all throughout his professional career, hasn’t fought at lightweight in over five years. On the UFC’s official Instagram account they posted a picture of the current welterweight champion Kamaru Usman and asked fans for their predictions for the division in 2021. Diaz voiced his own opinions in the comments.

It would definitely be a huge ask for Diaz to defeat Usman who has looked dominant as of late but could the West Coast gangster be able to pull an upset?
