Now that he is a free agent, Nate Diaz has his sights set on a future boxing bout with Jake Paul.
Diaz spoke with iD Boxing this past Saturday night while attending the Canelo-GGG trilogy fight in Las Vegas, Nevada, and explained why he’s definitely interested in facing Paul, granted he defeats former UFC middleweight champion, Anderson Silva, in their meeting on October 29.
“(Jake Paul) is for sure one of the options,” Diaz said (h/t MMA Junkie). “He’s doing big stuff. He’s doing big things. He’s got a big fight ahead of him. If he wins that, I’m sure people will be really impressed by it. And if Anderson (Silva) does his thing on him, that’s impressive also. Now we’ve got a fight on his hands. I’m looking forward to it.”
