Marlon Vera vs. Cory Sandhagen Set To Headline UFC Event In February
UFC bantamweight contenders Marlon “Chito” Vera and Cory Sandhagen are scheduled to headline UFC Vegas 69 on February 18 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The promotion officially announced the booking via a tweet on Friday. Vera is 5-1 in his last six Octagon outings and will look to build on a fourth-round KO victory over former UFC bantamweight champion, Dominick Cruz, at UFC on ESPN 41 in August. Sandhagen meanwhile is 3-2 in his last five fights and is coming off a fourth-round TKO win over Song Yadong at UFC Vegas 60 in September.
