Mark Coleman Suffers A Heart Attack
Mark Coleman is on the mend.
Coleman, 55, is recovering from a recent heart attack. His daughter, Morgan Coleman, shared the news via her Instagram Story. It was later re-posted onto the legendary fighter’s Instagram Story. In the photo, Coleman can be seen laying in a hospital bed.
“Thank you for all the kind words and support,” the Instagram post reads. “@MarkDColeman is recovering well from his heart attack but still has more test[s] to be done. We love you all!”

Coleman is the first-ever UFC heavyweight champion, Pride Fighting Championship 2000 Open Weight Grand Prix champion, former NCAA collegiate wrestler and former Olympic amateur wrestler. He is known by his monikers “The Hammer” and “The Godfather of Ground and Pound”.
