Nina Agdal, Logan Paul’s fiancée, is suing Dillon Danis ahead of Paul’s boxing match against Danis.

Marc Raimondi of ESPN reports that, per court documents, Danis filed a lawsuit against Danis on September 6 for “revenge porn”. Per Raimondi, the suit was filed in U.S. District Court of the District of New Jersey, and it includes request for a temporary restraining order against Danis, as well as a preliminary injunction to stop Danis from posting more photos or videos. Agdal is also seeking no less than $150,000 in damages and any profits Danis made from his social media posts about her.

Additionally, the suit includes a request for an eventual permanent restraining order. Judge Madeline Cox Arleo granted the temporary restraining order on September 7, pending further litigation.

Raimondi wrote that, per the complaint, Danis posted a “sexually explicit photograph” of Agdal that was taken without her consent, which came as part of a pattern of Danis posting insulting content about Agdal on social media.

Agdal claimed two counts for disclosure of an intimate image and one count of invasion of privacy against Danis, and she also cited the United States’ “revenge porn statute”, also known as the Violence Against Women Act Reauthorization. She also cited a New Jersey statue against the invasion of privacy, per Raimondi.

In the complaint, Agdal’s attorneys wrote that Danis posted a “nonconsensual, sexually explicit photograph of [Agdal], displaying full frontal nudity, to millions of social media users in the course of a relentless, ongoing campaign of cyber harassment and bullying against her.”  Furthermore, the complaint states that Danis has posted hundreds of disparaging things about Agdal on social media.

In the complaint, it is noted that the explicit picture was taken without Agdal’s consent, and Danis deleted the picture after “at the behest of” promoter Misfits Boxing after a threat that his boxing match with Paul would be canceled if he left it up.

Speaking with ESPN, Danis stated that he would beat Paul and the case.

Paul’s team declined to comment on the suit, while Agdal’s legal team did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Fightful will provide more information as it becomes available.
