Late Addition To The UFC Fight Night 111 Card
A women’s bantamweight division attraction is a late addition to the upcoming UFC Fight Night 111 card as Lucie Pudilova is taking on Ji Yeon Kim.
Pudilova (6-2-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, having dropped a fight to Lina Lansberg at UFC Fight Night 107. Pudilova is a former Gladiator Championship Fight Women’s Bantamweight Champion, defeating Melinda Fabian to win the gold in March 2016. Pudilova was also one of many women to try out for the UFC Ultimate Fighter 26, but she apparently won’t be a part of the reality show cast.
Kim (6-0-2) is going to be making her UFC debut in this fight and she does so with an undefeated streak that has last almost three years. Kim is also a veteran of the Road FC promotion, where she defeated Yukimi Kamikaze and Hatice Ozyurt, while fighting Takayo Hashi to a draw. Kim started off her professional MMA career in quite the auspicious fashion, as her first two bouts as a pro ended in a draw.
UFC Fight Night 11 takes place on Saturday, June 17 from the Singapore Indoor Stadium in Kallang, Singapore with Bethe Correia and Holly Holm headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
