Jon Jones Responds To Dominick Reyes Comments, Hints At Fighting Jan Blachowicz Next

UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones scored a unanimous decision win over Dominick Reyes in the main event of UFC 247.

Reyes had recently stated that both he and the UFC were on the same page for a rematch with Jones, but Jones wasn’t on the same page with them.

Jones recently took to Twitter, where he denied being afraid of Reyes while stating that Jan Blachowicz could get the next title shot:

Now suddenly I’m afraid of a good dogfight? Pretty sure I walked him down for 25 minutes straight when we fought. Blachowicz is coming off of a first round knockout victory over Corey Anderson at UFC Fight Night Rio Rancho and is ranked #4 in the UFC Light Heavyweight Division. Blachowicz is also the only fighter ranked in the top four to not get a shot at the UFC Light Heavyweight Title.

Neither Reyes or Blachowicz have responded to the tweet from Jones and there has been no word yet from the UFC yet as to who will get the next title shot.
