Joe Rogan wants change when it comes to judging in MMA

It is becoming pretty much a weekly occurrence on UFC cards that there is an absolute robbery or other several issues with judging.

Because of the difficultly in which MMA judging has been causing over the last couple of years, many people involved with MMA have called for immeadiate change with people suggesting open scoring methods of scoring fights or other subtle changes which would massively improve the judging system.

The latest person to speak out on the issues with MMA judging is UFC commentator Joe Rogan.

On a recent episode of his podcast ‘The Joe Rogan Experience,’ Rogan suggested some changes he would like to see be added to MMA judging, See below to see what Rogan had to say in full.

Rogan revealed that he would like to see MMA move away from the point scoring system and instead judge fights based off several different factors including amount of strikes, takedowns and damage.

These changes are obviously easier said than done to implement but Rogan has certainly created a case to have the scoring system changed.
