Jack Gallagher Gets TKO’d In Pro MMA Debut

Jack Gallagher didn’t do so well in his pro MMA debut.

Gallagher (real name Jack Claffey) made his pro MMA debut for Full Contact Contender at FCC 32 taking on Marlon Jones.

Jones made short work of Gallagher finishing him just over a minute into the first round with strikes. Gallagher was rocked and stumbled to the mat with the referee jumping in before Jones could pounce on him.

Gallagher was 2-0 in his amateur MMA career.

He posted the following message on Instagram after the fight:

Here’s my favourite photo from last night.

Very disappointed in myself and my performance. Happy the night ended with a win for @blackiechan_soda, who’s worked exceptionally hard for it. (Pictured here doing his best Steve Austin impression.)

Thank you to everyone that’s reached out. Messages of support are always welcomed and appreciated.

One win and one loss in 2022; life is all about balance. Bring on 2023!

Gallagher was released by WWE on June 19, 2020 after he was accused of sexual assault during the Speaking Out movement. Fans can find his statement on the accusations by clicking here.
