“Today was a good day” says Khabib, talking about the birth of his son, the fight, and his bonus. Says he wants to protect his family from the media, which is why he doesn’t talk much about his personal life.

Khabib says the weight cut isn’t an issue. Says it more about how hard he trains and getting injured. “When I’m healthy, I always make weight.” Hopes to stay busy next year. Wants to fight April/May, Sept, and December in 2018.
