Francis Ngannou hasn’t been seen in the Octagon since suffering a unanimous decision loss to UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic at UFC 220.
Former UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar is rumored to be returning to the UFC and Ngannou wants a crack at him.
“Please Brock, come back, come back my friend. We need you here,” Ngannou said on The MMA Hour. “We need you to put the fun in this division. I need you to give me that f*cking fight I’ve been waiting for for a long time, I’ve been dreaming for.”
Lesnar hasn’t been seen in the promotion since UFC 200, but the fighter failed a drug test in line with the bout and was issued a one year suspension.
If Lesnar isn’t available anytime soon, another opponent Ngannou wouldn’t mind fighting if boxing great Anthony Joshua.
“I heard Anthony Joshua say he’s gonna fight in MMA and if he wants to face me and I was like, ‘Hey, you’re welcome, man,’” Ngannou said. “We gonna do it both sides, in the Octagon and inside the ring.”
Neither Lesnar or Joshua have responded to the challenges made by Ngannou, who has also challenged Derrick Lewis to a bout in the Octagon as well.
