Four Fights Added To UFC Fight Night: Rotterdam

Four more fights have been added to the UFC Fight Night: Rotterdam card as Rustam Khabilov faces Desmond Green, Marcos Rogerio De Lima faces Saparbek Safarov, Francimar Barroso faces Aleksandar Rakic and Bojan Mihajlovic faces Abdul-Kerim Edilov.

Khabilov (21-3-0) enters the fight riding a four fight winning streak, last defeating Jason Saggo by decision at UFC 206. Khabilov hasn’t suffered a defeat in well over two years, with his last defeat coming to Adriano Martins at UFC Fight Night 61.

Green (20-5-0) is currently undefeated under the UFC banner, having defeated Josh Emmett by split decision at UFC 210. Green is a former Titan Fighting Championships Featherweight Champion, defeating UFC veteran Steve Siler to win the gold at Titan FC 32.

De Lima (15-5-1) has rotated wins and losses in his last six UFC appearances, with his last bout being a loss to Ovince St. Preux at UFC Fight Night 108. De Lima has a record of 1-3-0 at “Fight Night” events. His lone victory at such an event took place at UFC Fight Night 58 in December 2014.

Safarov (8-1-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, dropping a fight to Gian Villante at UFC Fight Night 102. Safarov did fight one UFC veteran prior to signing with the promotion, having defeated Rodney Wallace at WFCA 17 in April 2016.

Barroso (19-5-0-1NC) has won just one of his last three under the UFC banner and that lone win came over Darren Stewart at UFC Fight Night 107. Barroso is competing on his eighth straight “Fight Night” card and he has a record of 3-2-0-1NC in those previous fights.

Rakic (8-1-0) is going to be making his UFC debut in this fight and he does so on the strength of an eight fight winning streak. Rakic has yet to see any of his professional MMA fights go the distance and only one has made it to the third round.

Mihajlovic (10-5-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, having dropped fights to Francis Ngannou and Joachim Christensen. Mihajlovic also started of his professional MMA career with three straight losses and one of them came to UFC veteran Goran Reljic.

Edilov (16-4-0) is also going to be making his UFC debut in this fight and he does so on the strength of a ten fight winning streak. Edilov hasn’t seen any of his fights go past the opening round in over five years, but he hasn’t competed in just over two years as well.

UFC Fight Night: Rotterdam takes place on Saturday, September 2 from the Ahoy Rotterdam in Rotterdam, Netherlands with Stefan Struve and Alexander Volkov headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
