Featherweight Title Fight Headlining LFA 18

The Legacy Fighting Alliance Featherweight Title is going to be defended at LFA 18 as champion Kevin Aguilar defends it against Justin Rader.

Aguilar (12-1-0) is going to be making the first defense of his championship, which he won by defeating Damon Jackson at LFA 4. Aguilar is also a former Legacy Fighting Championships Featherweight Champion, a title he won by defeating Tony Kelley at LFC 57. Aguilar will enter the fight rising a four fight winning streak and his lone loss as a pro came to UFC veteran Leonard Garcia.

Rader (6-2-0) is currently undefeated under the LFA banner, having defeated Emmanuel Rivera by unanimous decision at LFA 15. Aguilar also won three of five fights during his tenure in the Legacy Fighting Championships, defeating the trio of Hector Arteaga, Aaron Robinson and Mike Maldonado. Rader hasn’t suffered a defeat in just over two years, as his last defeat came at the hands of Joel Scott at LFC 42 in June of 2015.

Legacy Fighting Alliance 18 takes place on Friday, 4 from the Fire Lake Arena in Shawnee, Oklahoma with Kevin Aguilar and Justin Rader headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on AXS TV.
