ECW was always known for its risk-taking style. Now, one of its talents is taking a big one by stepping into the cage.
Former ECW World Television Champion Kid Kash announced Sunday that he'll be returning to MMA in November. The 47-year old Kash will be competing for Valor Fights on November 5 at the Fairground Arena in Nashville, Tennessee.
This isn't Kash's first foray into MMA. Kash competed in Frankfort, Kentucky in March 2008 in a losing effort against Bryan Brown. During the fight, Kash was reportedly docked three points for committing several fouls, and ended up dropping a decision.
Kash has made his mark on pro wrestling, joining Sean Waltman and TJ Perkins as the only men to hold the TNA X-Division Championship and the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Kash last competed nationally for TNA in January of 2013.
