Dana White Tells A.J. McKee, “When Your Contract Is Up You’ll Have To Call” | Social Media Roundup
In an interview with TSN, UFC president Dana White has said that when A.J. McKee’s contract is up in Bellator he will “have to call,” — this and much more on Wednesday’s social media roundup.
Dana White says A.J. McKee will “have to call” him when his Bellator contract is up
With A.J. McKee’s superb finish over Patricio Pitbull this past weekend he cemented himself as one of MMA’s biggest young stars.
McKee is still just 26 years old and is probably the biggest star in Bellator right now and one of the biggest rising stars in all of MMA.
After his win over Pitbull this past weekend, McKee started calling out several UFC fighters such as Max Holloway, Alexander Volkanovski, and Brian Ortega saying he could beat them all.
In an interview with TSN, UFC president Dana White spoke about McKee and his desire to take on the UFC’s best featherweights.
Check out the clip below where White tells McKee he will “have to call” him once his Bellator contract is up and that he owes McKee lunch.
Dana White on A.J. McKee: “Apparently I owe him lunch, so I will pay my dues and buy him lunch.”

When speaking about fighters in other organizations, White is usually very dismissive of them but it was refreshing here to watch White essentially open the door for McKee to join the UFC sometime in the future.
How do you think McKee would do against some of the UFC’s best featherweight fighters?
