UFC Buys 10 More Acres For Coprorate Campus, Building Fighter Hotel

The UFC has expanded in many ways over the last few years with the UFC Performance Institute and UFC Apex, but UFC President Dana White has revealed more additions are coming to the UFC’s corporate campus.

White revealed that the promotion has bought an additional 10 acres of land for the corporate campus.

“I don’t even know if you guys know this, but fuck it, I’ll tell you anyway,” White said after Dana White’s Contender Series Episode 30 (via John Morgan of MMA Junkie). “We just bought 10 acres over here, too. We’ve got another 10 acres now. More stuff coming soon.”

One new feature that White says will be added to the corporate campus is a brand new hotel; however, do not expect any visiting UFC fans to stay at the hotel. The space will mostly operate as a home for UFC fighters and staff.

“We’re going to build our own hotel,” White said. “We’ll be completely self-sufficient. It will be more designed for fighters. Just like the Apex was designed for fighting and putting on special events, this place would be designed exactly for what our needs are in a hotel.”

White told the media that he expects the hotel wil pay for itself amid the COVID-19 pandemic. There is no official opening date for the hotel at this time, but White told the media he expects it to be operational by the end of next year.
