It has been more than a year now since Conor McGregor’s team released the infamous video clip of the former two division UFC champion dropping Paulie Malignaggi during a sparring session in a lead up to The Money Fight.
The video clip lead to a lot of back and forth between the two, whether it was through social media or various interviews.
However, one year later, it is back on between the two and everything kicked off when McGregor made the following comment on Twitter:
Time flies when you are on your ass. https://t.co/YDhLHi2p0o

That would then lead to a trio of responses from Malignaggi on Twitter:
Dude has had 2 kids and an ass kicking since this and he still lives off a fake knockdown that he knows wasn’t real lol. @TheNotoriousMMA your feelings are still hurt? Dont get ur feelings hurt u lil bitch its still our lil secret. Dont run for your life when they ring the bell– https://t.co/cW0q13USYm

There still seems to be a lot of hatred between the UFC star and the former boxing champion, a fire that seemingly will never go out.
