Conor McGregor Taking Part In A Press Conference This Thursday In Russia
Former two division UFC champion Conor McGregor is coming to Russia this Thursday as the fighter is taking part in a press conference put together by Parimatch, which is an online betting site.
The Mac Life hints that McGregor could announce a potential return to the Octagon during the press conference.
“McGregor will meet with reporters on October 24. This is the first such event involving McGregor in Russia. Perhaps he will make statements about his imminent return to the octagon.”
McGregor hasn’t competed since UFC 229, where he suffered a fourth round submission loss to UFC Lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
A tweet put out by McGregor a few days ago showed that the fighter had obtained a visa to enter Russia:

It isn’t known at this time as to what McGregor plans on discussing during the press conference, but the fighter is rumored to be promoting Proper #12 whiskey at the event. McGregor has been going through a plethora of legal issues in recent months and is due back in court on November 1 after allegedly assaulting a bar patron earlier this year.
