Becky Lynch Narrates Promo For UFC 264 Conor McGregor vs. Dustin Poirier Trilogy Fight

Becky Lynch has voiced BT Sports’ new promo hyping UFC 264’s main event.

On July 10th, Dustin Poirier and Conor McGregor will break their tie and do battle for the third time in the main event of UFC 264. McGregor won the pair’s first meeting via a first-round TKO at UFC 178 in September 2014, whereas Poirier returned the favor taking the second meeting at UFC 257 with a second-round TKO victory of his own.

In the video, which can be seen above and below, Lynch can be heard saying the following:

“Some are born to take the middle path, the safe stretch of road. But us warriors are born with something in us. The light and the dark. The fire and the ice. The good and the bad. It takes us down a different path. A path to glory that threatens to destroy us. For each battle is not fought on the canvas but in the arena of the mind where there’s a fine line between genius and madness. Loved for the enemies slain. Loathed for the destruction left behind. For the most notorious, it’s not where the journey takes them, but when the journey ends. To go forth brother and let the battle begin.”

Becky has not been seen on WWE television since May 11, 2020, when she announced her pregnancy and relinquished the WWE Raw Women’s Championship to Asuka. Becky gave birth to her daughter in December 2020.

On June 29th, Seth Rollins took to Instagram and posted a photo of Becky Lynch with a beautiful backdrop and a caption that read, “Seems like a fine day to (finally) get married.” You can read WWE’s message to the newlyweds here.

It is unknown when Lynch will return to WWE television.
