Amanda Nunes vs. Megan Anderson Rebooked For UFC 259
Originally slated for UFC 256, Amanda Nunes will now face top contender Megan Anderson for the UFC women’s featherweight title at UFC 259 on March 6.
Nunes (20-4) is widely regarded as the best female MMA athlete in the history of the sport and is currently ranked as the no. 1 pound-for-pound female fighter in the world. Nunes last fought in December 2019 where she successfully defended her bantamweight title via unanimous decision against Germaine de Randamie.
Anderson (10-4), is coming off two consecutive first-round finishes and is the former Invicta FC featherweight champion before she vacated the title when she signed with the UFC in 2017.
Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua Agreed To For Summer 2021
The mega-fight between two of the most popular athletes in U.K. history is nearly official, according to Mike Coppinger of The Athletic. Tyson Fury vs. Anthony Joshua is nearly a reality.
Eddie Hearn says Tyson Fury-Anthony Joshua is verbally agreed to and contracts are being drafted for the heavyweight championship fight in May/June. Hearn says only “minor issues to resolve” such as who walks last, the site, etc. This fight is going to happen next #FuryJoshua

Fury (30-0-1) last fought when be brutalized Deontay Wilder via 7th-round TKO in February in one of the biggest rematches in heavyweight boxing history. Joshua (24-1) is fresh off a vicious beating of Kubrat Pulev that ended via ninth-round TKO in favor of “AJ” just last week.

Olympic Gold Medalist Szymon Kolecki Headlines KSW 58
Olympic gold medalist winning weightlifter Szymon Kolecki is set to return to the cage at KSW 58 on January 30 when he meets Martin Zawada in the night’s headliner.
Kolecki (8-1) made the transition to MMA in 2017 and has TKO’d his opponents in each of his 8 victories. The Polish-national retired from weightlifting in 2008 after the 2008 Olympic games where he won a gold medal after coming up just short with his silver medal bid during the 2000 Olympics.
Zawada (29-15-1), last fought in May of 2019 where he was awarded a unanimous decision over Thiago Silva.
