UFC Fight Pass To Stream DiBella Entertainment Card On May 17
UFC Fight Pass and DiBella Entertainment will work with each other once more with another boxing card being broadcast on the streaming service.
DiBella Entertainment announced that UFC Fight Pass will stream a card taking place at the Foxwoods Resort Casino on May 17. The show will be headlined by Mykquan Williams taking on Rickey Edwards in a 10-round bout for the vacant WBC USNBC junior welterweight title. Williams, an undefeated prospect, is coming off a win over Andre Byrd back in February while Edwards will be looking to start a win streak after losing his two previous fights.
One notable name that will be on the card is former cruiserweight world champion Marco Huck continuing his comeback, this time as a heavyweight. Huck once held the WBO cruiserweight title from 2009 to 2015, but after two straight losses in 2017, Huck moved up to heavyweight last summer, when he defeated Yakup Saglam.
In junior welterweight action, Toka Kahn Clary will fight in an eight-round bout in what will be his first fight of 2019. Clary, who sports a 25-2 record, has not fought since losing an IBF featherweight title eliminator against Kid Galahad in October 2018.
Also on the card is an eight-round fight between undefeated featherweight prospect Irvin Gonzalez Jr. facing Elijah Pierce. Other names announced for the card are George Arias fighting Keith Barr, unbeaten junior welterweight prospect Anthony Marsella Jr., Jacob Marrero, Daiyaan Butt and Sahret Delgado. This is the second boxing card from DiBella Entertainment to be streamed on UFC Fight Pass with the first one taking place back on April 10.
