Queensberry Promotions Announces Return, First Boxing Show Set For July 10
Boxing in the United Kingdom is officially back next month with Queensberry Promotions announcing a summer series of shows.
Frank Warren announced three different fight cards, all taking place at the BT Sport Studio with the first one taking place on July 10. That card will be headlined by Brad Foster vs. James Beech for the British and Commonwealth super bantamweight titles.

Two more shows were announced aside from the July 10 event, but neither of those two events were given a date. One fight card will see Anthony Cacece face Lyon Woodstock for the British super featherweight title while the other is Lerrone Richards vs. Umar Sadiq for the British and Commonwealth super middleweight titles.
The July 10 card will also feature WBO European junior middleweight champion Hamzah Sheeraz defending his title against Paul Keen. In addition, prospects David Adeleye and Mark Chamberlain will be in action competing in separate bouts.
The United Kingdom has had to shut down the sport due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, much like the rest of the world. Matchroom Boxing is set to soon announce fight cards in the United Kingdom in the coming weeks as well.
Meanwhile, the United States has started resuming boxing events, with Top Rank running multiple cards this month and in July.
