Manny Pacquiao vs. Adrien Broner Conference Call Highlights
Less than two weeks before they step into the ring on pay-per-view, Manny Pacquiao and Adrien Broner talk to the media to discuss their upcoming fight.
The two boxing stars were on a media conference call in which they discuss the fight, their legacies, Floyd Mayweather and even hot sauce. Fightful was a part of the call, getting an opportunity to talk to both fighters.
Below are some highlights from the conference call compiled by lead boxing reporter Carlos Toro:

Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions and Showtime Sports head Stephen Espinoza are also on the call. Ellerbe said he believes #PacquiaoBroner is the biggest fight of 2019.

Manny Pacquiao didn’t know Floyd Mayweather Jr. was at the Los Angeles Clippers NBA game that they both recently attended. Pacquiao said they just said exchange hellos and that’s it.

I asked Manny Pacquiao has all the chatter surrounding a potential rematch with Floyd Mayweather weighed on his mind. Pacquiao told me there’s always going to be talks about that and he doesn’t let it affect him. Said he is focused on Adrien Broner on January 19 #PacquiaoBroner

The two boxers will fight for the WBA “Regular” welterweight title and will headline a boxing card at the MGM Grand Garden Arena that will also feature three other title fights. Fightful spoke to both Badou Jack and Marcus Browne in a separate conference call, which can be seen at this link. Jack and Browne are fighting for the interim WBA light heavyweight title on the co-main event fight of the card.
