Fight-size Boxing Update: WBC, Jose Pedraza, Sergey Kovalev, Anthony Yarde, Daniel Dubois

– Promoter Frank Warren revealed the following names will fight on the April 14 card at the O2 Arena in London headlined by Billy Joe Saunders vs. Martin Murray for the WBO middleweight championship: WBO Intercontinental and European light heavyweight champion Anthony Yarde, BBBofC Southern Area heavyweight champion Daniel Dubois, Ryan Garner, Harvey Horn

– Kell Brook’s return to the ring and super welterweight debut will also be a title fight. Brook’s fight against Sergey Rabchenko on March 3 in Sheffield will be for the WBC Silver title. The Silver title was at stake in the super flyweight division on HBO’s recent Superfly 2, which was won by McWilliams Arroyo.  

– Former super featherweight world champion Jose Pedraza has signed a deal with Top Rank and continue his career as a lightweight, which was first reported by Fightful on January 2017.

– HBO released a "Greatest Hits" video on WBO light heavyweight champion Sergey Kovalev, which can be seen below. Kovalev will defend his title against Igor Mikhalkin on March 3 at Madison Square Garden in the main event of an HBO Boxing After Dark card.

– The winner of the Danny Roman vs. Ryo Matsumoto fight for the WBA super bantamweight title will be ordered to fight Moises Flores, who has not fought since his bout against Guillermo Rigondeaux ended in a controversial no contest last year.
