– Undisputed women’s lightweight champion Katie Taylor said in an interview with Sky Sports that she hopes to return to action either in November or December and could face Delfine Persoon in a rematch of their historic title fight from June 1. You can watch the interview below:

– 47-year-old former WBO heavyweight champion Shannon Briggs announced on social media that he plans to be returning to the ring at a later date. Briggs has not fought since May 2016, but is on a nine-fight win streak with eight those wins coming by knockout.
– Heavyweight prospect Martin Bakole has signed a promotional deal with Matchroom Boxing. Bakole’s first fight under the new deal will take place on August 2 in Liverpool on a JD NXTGEN card against Ytalo Perea and will be streamed on DAZN in the United States.
– The WBC announced the ring officials for the WBC light flyweight world title fight between Ken Shiro and Jonathan Taconing taking place on July 12 in Japan:
