– Speaking of Serrano, she was honored by the WBO during a boxing card in Puerto Rico for her in-ring accomplishments and for winning the WBO super flyweight title back in January at Madison Square Garden.
– Matchroom Boxing Italy had a boxing card in Milan on March 8 that was streamed on DAZN. Below are the results of the three-fight main card, all regional title fights:
- Daniele Scardina defeated Henri Kekalainen by unanimous decision (98-91, 98-91, 98-91) to win the IBF International Super Middleweight title
- Maxim Prodan defeated Steve Jamoye by unanimous decision (98-91, 97-93, 96-93) to win the IBF International Welterweight title
- Erika Cruz Hernandez defeated Vissia Trovato by unanimous decision (98-90, 98-90, 97-91) to win the WBC Female Silver Featherweight title
– The April 27 World Boxing Super Series doubleheader featuring Regis Prograis vs. Kiryl Relikh and Nonito Donaire vs. Zolani Tete in a junior welterweight and bantamweight tournament semifinal bout, respectively, will take place at the Cajundome in Lafayette, Louisiana.
