Moose Visits Josh Alexander’s Home, Alisha And Eddie Edwards Choose Different Paths | Fight Size

Here is your post-IMPACT fight size update for Thursday, March 17, 2022.

– In the opening match of the night, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley picked up the win over Jay White and Chris Bey. There was some controversy at the end of the match as White thought he broke up the pin, but the referee deemed that he didn’t make it in time.

– After losing to Steve Maclin, Rhino met with Heath backstage and decided that they are better when working together. The duo now have the IMPACT Tag Team Titles in their sights.

Former WWE Superstar Anthony Carelli (Santino Marella) was a guest commentator for the aforementioned match.

– Cassie Lee and Jessica McKay found Kaleb in the back and continue to try and sway him away from The Influence.

– Bhupinder Gujjar defeated Larry D in singles competition. After the match, W. Morrissey came out looking for Brian Myers, who was on commentary, but The Most Professional Wrestler ran away. Raj Singh was the unlucky soul who bumped into Morrissey, getting powerbombed through a table for his troubles.

– Ace Austin tried to strengthen his friendship with Mike Bailey by saying he wants him to qualify for the X Division Triple Threat at Rebellion. Bailey pushed back when Austin suggested he himself would walk away with the title that night, saying that “one of them” would do so. Bailey then tapped Ace on the nose and walked away.

– Tensions continue to rise between Eddie Edwards and Alisha as they head down separate paths. Eddie has chosen Honor No More while Alisha has aligned with IMPACT. She says that Eddie is headed in the wrong direction, though he believes it’s IMPACT who’s doing so. That said, Alisha still calls Eddie her “ride or die.”

– Deonna Purrazzo retained the AAA and ROH Women’s Titles by defeating Lady Frost and Gisele Shaw in her latest Champ-Champ Challenge.

– The Good Brothers will have a chance to regain the IMPACT Tag Titles from VBD next week in a Lumberjack Match. The winner of that bout will defend the belts at Rebellion in an Eight Team Elimination Challenge.

– After JONAH defeated Zicky Dice, he was confronted by PCO, the Honor No More member he crushed last week.

– Masha Slamovich continued her undefeated streak, squashing her latest opponent with the utmost ease.

– Johnny Swinger announced that Swinger’s Dungeon, his new wrestling school, is now open.

– In the main event of the night, Josh Alexander defeated Matt Taven of Honor No More.

– Moose paid a visit to Josh Alexander’s home to deliver the signed contract for their match at Rebellion on April 23.
