WWE 2K22 Ringside Report #3 Spotlights 2K Showcase And Provides A MyRISE Deep Dive
Over 50 hours of gaming are promised between these modes.
With less than a week to go until WWE 2K22 is available for those who pre-ordered the deluxe editions, the latest Ringside Report spotlights Showcase Mode, and the new take on MyCareer, MyRise.
New footage was shown of Rey Mysterio wrestling Eddie Guerrero at WCW Halloween Havoc 1997 for the Showcase and MyRise promises to have multiple choices that will allow your playthrough to be different from someone else’s. All in all, over 50 hours of gameplay can be found between these two modes according to 2K Games.
WWE 2K22 Rolls Out Historic 2K Showcase and MyRISE Trailer
In Rey Mysterio’s 2K Showcase, players take on legendary opponents including Eddie Guerrero, The Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels, as well as current Superstars, including The Miz and Dolph Ziggler. Fast-paced gameplay flawlessly transitions to live-action historical footage, using 2K’s new Slingshot Tech, for a truly immersive experience.
MyRISE gives players the opportunity to experience the journey of a WWE Superstar, from the humble beginnings of a Rookie at the WWE Performance Center to the challenge of becoming a Superstar, to being immortalized as a WWE Legend. With unique men’s and women’s division storylines available, players will encounter an array of WWE Superstars and Legends as they embark on the journey.
