Sw3rve Strickland vs. Alex Zayne, Three Additional Names Announced For ROH Supercard Of Honor

Five more names have been announced for Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor.

On March 1, 2022, Ian Riccaboni hosted a live chat on the ROH Facebook page during which a few talent announcements were made for the April 1 event.

First, Denise Salcedo will be appearing as a special guest host. In addition to her work on Instinct Culture and with Fightful, Denise has been seen on WWE programming and has served as a ring announcer for GCW. Furthermore, Ninja Mack will be appearing. The indie star has been a mainstay on GCW programming over the past year, most recently competing at The Coldest Winter against Jack Cartwheel. Joe Hendry was also announced as returning to ROH. The Scottish performer had been with the company since 2019 and competed for the Television Title at Final Battle 2021.

Finally, Alex Zayne has also been booked for Supercard of Honor in a match against Sw3rve Strickland. Both men are former WWE Superstars and have been plying their trade around the wrestling world since their releases. Zayne with GCW, AAW, and NJPW, while Sw3rve has appeared on NJPW, PROGRESS, and TERMINUS 2. He was recently a guest on Grapsody on Fightful. That interview can be seen here.

In addition to the performers, Meet and Greets have been confirmed for Supercard of Honor April. More information will be released in the days and weeks ahead. 

ROH Supercard of Honor will be the first ROH event since Final Battle. The company is on hiatus for the first quarter of 2022 as they “reimagine” the product.
