WWE Files To Trademark ‘The Bloodline’
WWE has filed a new trademark.
On February 14, 2022, WWE submitted an application with the USPTO to trademark ‘The Bloodline.’ The term is used as the name of the SmackDown based faction that features Roman Reigns, The Usos, and Paul Heyman.
The description of the filing reads as follows:
Mark For: THE BLOODLINE trademark registration is intended to cover the categories of wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered through broadcast media including television and radio, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports via an online community portal.
WWE recently announced that Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar’s Winner Takes All bout will take place on WrestleMania 38 Sunday on April 3. The match is now being advertised as a Unification bout.
