Dustin Rhodes: “Join The AEW Train, Kids. We Are Ever Growing And Making Big Moves.”
Dustin Rhodes is urging people to jump on the AEW train.
On Tuesday morning, AEW announced that Cody & Brandi Rhodes had departed from the company. Both Cody and Brandi confirmed their departure, issuing statements and thanking those in AEW for their time in the promotion.
Later that day, Dustin confirmed that he was staying on with the company, saying that he likes it there. He would add that though he is sad to see them go, “the train keeps moving.”
Dustin took to Twitter on the evening of February 17, hyping up the aforementioned AEW train.
Join the @AEW train kids. We are ever growing and making big moves. Plus, you get to see me as well as so many up and coming superstars that are coming in to their own. Everything is a process. Let me here ya- #ImWithAEW

He had another tweet about “too many egos” and keeping one’s nose out of trouble with the hashtag “I’m Still Here.”
Too many egos and too much bullshit.
Work hard, keep your nose out of trouble, lift other up instead of treating them as they’re below you. Do these things and succeed at anything. I’ll beat ego every time. #KeepSteppin#ImStillHere pic.twitter.com/fTipXdhdIh— Dustin Rhodes (@dustinrhodes) February 18, 2022
Dustin last wrestled at AEW Battle of the Belts, replacing Cody in his scheduled match against Sammy Guevara. Sammy would win the match, capturing the interim AEW TNT Title in the process.
