Former WWE 24/7 Champion Enes Freedom (Enes Kanter) Traded To And Waived By Houston Rockets

Enes Freedom is a free agent.

The NBA trade deadline has come and gone with a bunch of big trades including Ben Simmons heading to Brooklyn for James Harden.

In a complete blockbuster, Enes Freedom (formerly Enes Kanter) was traded from the Boston Celtics to the Houston Rockets. He was immediately waived by the Rockets, thus making him a free agent. Kanter is averaging 3.7 points and 4.6 rebounds in 11.7 minutes per game this season.

Kanter is a former WWE 24/7 Champion, winning the title as a member of the Celtics in 2019, and has been open about wanting to pursue wrestling following his basketball career.

In 2020, he said he’s had offers to become a pro wrestler. You can find his full comments by clicking here.

Kanter has also spoken highly of Paul Heyman, saying Heyman wants to manage him when Brock Lesnar eventually retires. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
